Again, under Dhoni, Team India managed to win yet another match and the series and silenced the critics. Do you think, under Kumble, it would not have been possible?

DHONI leading Team India to another win in the series and wining the BG Tropy. Its high time people accept that he is a successful captian and he knows his game really very well. The others in the past have been good not denying that but then Dhoni is better.Kumble was SUPER and so was DADA...but i guess they have and at times also havent performed when required. But it has been rare that Dhoni not performing when required.

Congratulations for all indian cricket fans for victory against australia, leave it about kumble r dhoni r sachin r ganguly we should all ways think abt team not members, no individual can made victories,Its all team work.Ofcourse as captain dhoni has right choice for indian cricket.Kumble aslo greatest bowler for indian cricket and he did very good job for indian cricket so there is nothing to campare between to legends.I think with this team kumble can also win this series

Dude, for your information Dhoni let Ganguly to lead the team on the final day of Nagpur Test. 8yrs back dada took the charge as India's Test captain and Dhoni wanted dada to retire as a captain. So he made him to lead as a captain with lil suggestions from his side as well.
But todays historic win was a result of MSD-Dada captaincy.
Yes, Dhoni infact can become one of the aggressive captains of all times both in Tests and in ODI's. This series win proves it all.

Hi abhi_bangal,
It is true that Dhoni gaining his ground!
Really he has proved that he can also go on comfortable with this long version of game. It is really a team performance which brought up this historical victory and it would have been possible even under Kumble's captaincy.
