Sports in life

Hi everyone ! I played a lot of sports during my school and college days . I play it even now . I think sports is an integral part of life as the education . What you people think is sports a necessity to life ???

i also played a lot of sport when i was at school and then college.
i do not get time to play sport nowadays which is a shame becasue i used to enjoy.
it used to keep me fit and healthy.
now i just watch football on the telly and sometimes i play poker which is kind of a sport lol.
which sports did you plat at school?
i used to play net ball and do athletics.
