What is the best LCD monitor in the market

I think samsung and LG are the best.

IMO, The contrast ratio only provides some flexibility in extreme cases such as making graphics. So I don't really give much thought on the contrast ratio. I look more on color vibrancy, ease of finding the right settings, sharpness, and the fluidity of the images on the panel. I have to admit na maarte ako when it comes to colors and how well they are projected. When I bought my panel from PC Hub, I made sure na I saw them both and compared them well. Spent a lil over 10 mins on each panel andhad them run the panel diagnostics software on it. I even brought a graphic artist friend along so I can get a second opinion. We both picked LG hands down. Acer has it's fine points I admit that. But there are certain factors that made me choose the LG panel. I have pointed that out already. Prior to that, I have also checked out the Samsungs when we were in greenhills and the HP's when we went to Trinoma. There is just something about the brightness and color vibrancy that catches my eye. Over all, my personal gauge would be LG 1st, HP 2nd, Acer 3rd and Samsung last. But thats just personal opinion. I can say that you cannot go wrong with the top 3 panels. Samsung tho has left a lot of doubts when I read all the comments and reviews about it. To each is his/her own.
