What do you think of Madhur Bhandarkar movies?

I have just seen Fashion and i mus admit that it is a fantastic movie. I like the way he potrayed all the 3 main character of Meghna,Janet and Shonali. Ironically almost all the movies based on women have failed but Bhandarkar's movies which usually have a women in central role have always done well and thats mainly because is has never focussed and presented the movie as a so called women oriented movie. He normally focuses on the story and presentation of it. He normally has a theme or a movie(like Traffic Signal, Corporate Fashion etc) and then makes his characters revolve around his theme. That has been is key to success. Also his films have been very straight forward and to the point.
