Hi there, let's talk about how to keep fit:
1) eat on a diet
2) drink water only
3) take exercise
4) let it be
5) take diet pill
6) others --pls add your comment
Let me first. Most of the time, I will eat on a diet. And then just let it be. :-)

dear, never ever drink diet pills!! ever! i drank diet pills months after i had anxiety attacks worst was i gained my weight back! arg! include there proper oxygen..breathing dear..you would need proper breathing. I suggest you eat nutritious real home cooked food but less in fat..and don't forget to excercise...i got this technique from susan powter....and you will not only lose weight but also maintain your metabolic rate.

diet pills are horrible.. it's true than when you add chemicals to your body your whole system is affected and it could never be the same again.. my metabolism is messed up since i drank pills...some friends i know have other disorders...so many we should learn from that lesson and just do the natural way.. have a nice day to you.

i am not fit but i am not over wieght either, i eat alot of rice chinese foods thinggs like that and about 2 weeks ago stopped drinking pop! i know stress is a big factor for wieght problems in people , dont give up just relax!
