Ice Cream Mochi: My new favorite food!

Have you ever tried ice cream mochi? I was in Bangkok a few weeks ago and I got to try some ice cream mochi from the gourmet supermarket of Siam Paragon. Gahhh, it was totally awesome! I only to try 4 flavors: lime, raspberry, blueberry yogurt, and belgian chocolate. I wish I had more, but they were expensive and we were in a hurry. Anyway, I've looked up some recipes online and I am really itching to try them out (haha and I can't even cook!)

I like ice cream but I have not tried ice cream mochi. I have not been to Bangkok ever and I have no idea what it is like. However, since it's ice cream then it's okay in my book. Cheers!!

You should try it out! You can find recipes for ice cream mochi and the original mochi online. I forgot to point out that mochi is not actually Thai food, but Japanese, but I was only able to find in a mall in Bangkok. Thanks for responding!

Ice cream is my favorite kind of dessert, I love it. But no, I have never had ice cream mochi. Actually I've never even heard of ice cream mochi before. I think I'll have to look it up and try it out sometime.
