the leaves are falling this morning like snow.....

The tree in front of our house is almost bare. They were green with orange tips, turned red and fell off. Our lawn is covered again with leaves. They have been exceptionally pretty this year. Last week the leaves were falling like it was snowing because of the wind. Snow flurries were in the forecast for tomorrow so it's cold here.

Not this morning i'm affraid. It's cold, very dark, and very dank. Its horrible infact. Probably looks like its about to rain soon so, not a beautiful day at all. Must be really nice where you are though, i love autumn when its sunny- it makes it the best season going.

Our leaves held on for a very long time this year also. They have really fallen in the last day or two though with the frigid temperatures.

Our leaves did not seem to start turning for ages and then all of a sudden we had a cold snap here and that was it they were brown within a week. Now they are all starting to fall off all at once it is really rather strange. I hate seeing the trees all bare, it seems kind of sad to me and the poor things must get so cold with no clothes on!

Yes, they are.. I have many brown leaves on my ground outside in the yard.. This is just a sign to let me know that the winter is near. I love to see the colorful leaves that changes during the cold seasons..

the leaves are falling in my place too.besides my office,there is a mountain.when you look at the mountain,you will see so many beautiful colors putted on the mountain,red,orange,yellow,it's really beautiful,just like your place I think.

The leaves have mostly fallen off the trees around here. We even had snow last night. It didn't stick to the ground much but it did stick to my car. I hate to see winter come with the snow and cold, brrrrrrrrrr. Its nice seeing you, its been awhile.

We live in an area of town where there are a lot of leaves that fall during the Fall, especially in the park up the street. There aren't trees right outside of our door because but there is a lot of really nice parkland in my city, so we are never far from trees. I see plenty of nice leaves and red and gold trees on my way home from the coffee shop.

Wow. That must be an awesome view to see early in the morning. If I would see that scene after I wake up, it will totally make my mood and I would surely be happy the whole day. Those are small things that we need to be thankful for everyday.

My husband was just commenting on this this afternoon. He was loving watching the leaves swirl around outside. I love when the leaves change colors. Our trees are red and yellow and they look beautiful right now.

Mine are falling also and I am going to have a mess on my hands.. It is going to be a job getting all of these leaves raked up, especially since it is getting so cold.. How do you take care of the many many gorgeous colored leaves in your yard, do you rake, blow or just try and mow over them until they are mulch.. I have a huge job ahead of me and as much as I enjoy seeing the fall leaves, I do hate the raking..

I love fall leaves. I was married in October and our wedding colors were the reds, yellows, and oranges of fall. Instead of flower petals our flower girl dropped beautiful autumn leaves. I love to watch the leaves flutter to the ground. I love the golden dusk of autumn. I love the crisp air and warm sweaters. Yes the leaves are falling all around me and I love it!

when we enjoy the falling leaves,it's a joy.the nature life is so strong.the fallen leaves into the earth ,and then became fertilizer and nutrient its mother's root.a wonderful circle.just like a relay race.a picture of life.that's just my imagination,what's your take on that,pls share it.

Hey, haven't seen you in a while, glad to see you're still around!!! I was thinking the same thing about the leaves this morning. As I was driving to work, all the pretty leaves from last week were swirling around the cars and falling down from the trees. It really was quite spactacular to see and really put a smile on my face!

hello tnwomen,,yes all leaves now on the trees disappered in our yard :))) there are nothing already all the tree here now naked without any leaves,by the way im in russia now and snow start so from 1 week ago its start to fall but now already all of them on the ground :)) but thank god they still have the color of them they make all the street with colors its tell now very beautifull but i think after 2 or 3 week all this street will be white :))) coz it will be the snoooooow time.have a nice day you too.
