Let me say first off that this is completely tongue in cheek (or Cheeky to our British friends,) But since this is my 666th post here on myLot I thought it was apropos. 
The winning pick three Illinois Lotto numbers on election day were 666.
I am not making this up.

I don't give it any meaning either. Any more than when they shaved the kids head in The Omen and found the numbers. I just thought it was neat that it came right when my number was 666.

Wow!! I'm sure we will be hearing alot about this for a while....
I renewed my drivers license on 6-6-06...but all is fine....lol

I don't think we are in any hurry to get the hoes and pitchforks out. Although it is a number my mom won't even use if her total comes up to that at the store she will grab something else so that the total goes up. I don't have as much problem with the number to me it is just a number. But my mom won't even enter a house with those numbers in the address. I think people make to much of the numbers. It would have been funny to see if someone won that though.

Guess what I went to the store today bought trash bags and paper towels and the total came up to $6.66 the cashier looked at me and said whoa..ummm, mam would you like to add something to the total so that it doesn't have that total..I told him it is fine and paid with a $20 and got $13 something in change back and he was like whoa another bad number.. I went to another store same day and my total was $66.63 It was strange that I kept getting that number. I showed my mom and she wanted me to throw the receipts away..lol

There is a Burger King right near my house the has the address 666. I eat there all the time. Probably not a good idea no matter what the address.

Actually The LOVE of money is the root of all kinds of evil. But your point is well taken. Probably the best thing to do with most lottery money is to just give it away.

I was born on 5/5/55 and wrote a book about the book of rev/apoc.. and I just noticed the time is 5:55.. well.. just changed.. but still.. It was interesting! I love numbers! (Tho I couldn't find the 6-6-6

Eventhough I'm not from your area, I'm quite interested at your topic of this discussion. Sometimes, I also feel like things have been happening in relation to what is mentioned in the Holy Scriptures. Others may call this case 'paranoia'. Maybe they're right or maybe not, who knows?!
Personally, I am quite alarmed by these phenomenon in particular. But I'm hopeful that this particular incident with the lottery isn't really connected or related with such prophecies for the present and future things.

Oh I think that the time for freaking out has past. My philosophy has always been "whatever is going to happen, is going to happen." I just try to make the best of any situation, good or bad.
