Hi tredix! That's a good question. I don't have any kids right now but when the time has come, I will say NO for my kids to drive in such a really young age especially now we are leaving in Australia which everything has to follow the rules and if not, you'll get fined. So I prefer my kids to learn how to drive at 18 because that's the rules and it's also about her safety as well.

I let my 14 yr old ride in the car with my 17 yr old driving. I also let my 8 yr old ride with him. If it is someone that I trust who is driving, I wouldn't have a problem with my 14 yr old being in the vehicle. If it is someone I don't know very well, i wouldn't allow it.
