i am pregnant now and although i have some new maternity clothes, there are times when i would like to wear short pants when i am only staying at home. so what i do is i borrow my hubby's shorts, which had been so big but now fit me just right.
my husband stands 5'10" while i am 4'10" so that means he is a foot taller. and he is a big guy. but his shorts fit me on the waist. well, of course, it is long, but it doesn't bother me at all. lol
and he doesn't mind me wearing his short pants either. lol
i am 4.5 months pregnant now.
take care all and God bless youj! :-)

I love to wear my hubbys short pants too when i was pregnant, it just feels so comfortable rather than wearing you maternity clothes(only when i'm at hone though). I remember i would also wear his shirt at night instead of wearing a nightgown. well, after i gave birth i just handed his shorts and shirt back to him..lol

There is nothing wrong with that. I wore my fiances clothes through both of my pregnancies. It saves a lot of money, trust me. You could spend a lot on maternity clothes that you may never wear again. I still wear some of his clothes because I never lost my mommy belly. I also have a 3 1/2 month old and no time to exercise.

I don't think your husband will mind. I am pregnant now too, and I am wearing my husband's T-shirt at home too. I find it quite comfortable to wear his t-shirt, and also I don't want to spend money on buying those casual wear t-shirt since I can wear his. but I didn't think of wearing his pants, I don't think the pants can suit me, perhaps I should give it a try later. Enjoy your every moment with your baby, it's really a great experience, isn't it? ^_^

If he dosen't mind you wearing them then I don't see a problem with it, you will be saving lots of money not having to buy new maternity clothes.

I think it is ok to wear what one is ocmfortable in. Specially when you are stayig at home. Only sometimes it becoems a bother when someone suddenly drops in and you have to quickly change and come out in a presentable dress. My wife normally wears one of my t-shirts. It is an old one but she feel comfortable in it so she likes to wear it, but the moment teh bell rings she runs to change.

Haha, you are not the only one person to wear your husband's short pants:) When I was pregnant, I experienced it. It's very strange as one day I found I suddenly couldn't wear any of my pants. And therefore I had to wear my husband's pants and then went out to buy mine:)

Oh that's funny..hehe. If you wear your hubby's shorts I wear his shirts. He is 5'10 too but I am only 4'9. I am comfortable sleeping at night with a shirt and undies. I like to wear his shirts because it is too big for me. I like to wear it at night because it is so comfortable.

It's okay for as long as you still reserve some for him! Ha!ha!ha! I did not wear my hubby's pants when I was pregnant because we are almost of the same size. In your case, I think that is the best way to save. Instead of buying shorts you can save buy just borrowing your hubby's pants. I'm sure he does not mind it. Anyway, you are returning them all to him after you go back to your sexier old self. Ha!ha!ha!

I'm sure your husband will don't mind that you have to wear his pants. From the husband view, there's nothing can prevent whatever things that it might be taken as long as the wife are comfortable in dealing with maternity. As husband can't shared to carry along the baby, they will definitely provide another type of support for you and this case is one example. I'm sure if you asked him to buy for you several pair of new shorts, he will happy to do it. You also must take care and protect your pregnancy very well. I believes that all of us in MyLot are praying for your safety.
