What do you think of the flirtatious folks in your work place?

Do you have people where you work, or where you use to work that try to get ahead by pushing their sexuality. Say for example a woman who tries to get a raise or a man who tries to move up in ranks etc..
Do you believe such people exist in the workplace and how do you feel if you see such people?
Hopefully you are not one that does such things.

yes there are some people at my work place they do any thing to just pull down the other person well i just bother about such people i believe that unless and until you do hard work you cant succeed in your life. how long you will survive with the help of their sexuality one day or the other u will require your knowledge and all your hard work so i do not care for them...

I agree after a while all that stuff will have to stop or no work will get done.. Perhaps better cameras on the work place will show the shannigans that go on in a day;)

Those people do exist in the workplace but I'm glad no such kind of folk exist in my own workplace. They do use their body just to get what they want. I do the screening of employees in our office and luckily I have not approved any employee that misbehaved in the workplace.

THat is good to hear..Sadly this is not the case always..I think today's younger generation matures alot more slowly then the older generations..Glad to know you screen your people..I don't know how you can tell but good that you can:)

I just dont mind them.but ive been a victim of one of my office mates. She told our office mates that we are dating each other. We do text like hi and hello. but not to the extent that ill date her. i talked to her in a nice way and tell her to stop spreading the rumors. because i already have a girlfriend and we were already engage. from then on she avoided me.
