Are you Watching Whale Wars?

I haven't seen Whale Wars yet. I think it looks interesting though. I'm not sure how I feel about whaling. It's kinda the circle of life, but then again the whalers don't even give the whales a chance. I don't really know enough about it to have a very strong opinion either way.

i think whaling should STOP! shoot we practically drove many of them to extinction, and they have just this last decade, come back into fairly safe (if you can consider it safe) numbers! i want to watch this show..but i just cant, im afraid that i will end up bawling my eyes out when they show what happens to the whales! do they only try to stop the whalers? or are they trying to stop those dolphin killers too?

I love watching Whale Wars. I support Sea Shepherd 110% and hope the best for them. Season two is on Fridays, at least from where I am, and I look forward to it every week.

My Hubby just watched it a few months back on netflix. Let me tell you, I'm appauled at the coverup on the ships they are watching that pretend to be scientific vessels. That's just wrong! I can see maybe having a designated hunt to keep the population at a stable rate (like the do with Deer) but to outright lie to the public so they can continue to slaughter them for no reason but to fill store shelves!
