is AIDS REALLY REAL?

i was talking to groups of young stas on the issue of aids and there told me that it is more spiritual than physical and i became confused and i was asked a question that i still ponder upon, it says 'where has aids been all these years?' is this reasonable please am confused.

Ugh the "AIDS is psychological" people. Those are always a hoot for insane logic. Most of us that do work in the HIV clinics would like to take them on a tour and introduce them to a large number of people who "just need to think positive" as one had said to me.
As to where has AIDS been all these years, Aids is caused by the HIV virus. Viruses mutate and change all the time. There have been plenty of viruses that have attacked the immune system. The actual HIV virus is a descendant of the Simian Immunodeficiency virus.

omg. ok, i know there are idiots out there who think the Holocaust didnt actually happen..but i had no idea that there were ppl out there that think AIDS is a "spiritual" affliction!! thats absolutely absurd course the first group of ppl are also!
