how to make more money in call center?

Personally I think it often depends on what type of Call Center you are working for, and if it is hourly plus commission, or Bonus incentive etc. as well. I have been working at a Call Center here for a Taxi company and it is only hourly so unless they offer a raise, there is no other bonus incentives there. Would be nice though, but then they would hire higher quality of people I would think.

I once worked in a call center for 7 months. I have to admit that I can earn even more here online than working in a call center which is so tiresome.

Hi Saravanan, To know more about the earnings you can make in the call center. You should have the knowledge about which you are supporting. If you are supporting for a good Customer then you can earn lot. I too have see people earning 30000 per month whereas their salary was only 9000 on the payrolls.
