Sometimes I have great ideas and cannot put them into action. It is more common than I thought. Procrastination seems to knock at the door of many people. How can one overcome?

I hate it when people procrastinate and put things off. I really do not know how they can survive like that. I always get my things done promptly. You can overcome by doing things as quick as they arise.

well depending on how complicated the situation is,
when you get an idea to do something don't say I will do it tomorrow next week or next year do it right away, that is the best way to stop procrastination,
also don't make other things more important,
if you know you need to make the bed,
don't say oh well I will eat breakfast first, because that takes time, then oh well I clean the kitchen and that takes time and oh well I h ave to walk the dog, oh well I need to check my email,
do the bed right away get it over with and then you don't have to worry about it anymore.
