I have noticed that they are asking for money. That is strange.

Any program that asks you for money in order to work for them should be treated with the gravest suspicion! Often all they offer is an 'exclusive' list of companies (which it is not too difficult to find for free oneself) and some of those companies will also ask you to 'invest' a small amount. It turns out that ALL such sites and companies are scams. Their business is actually to con large numbers of people into parting with seemingly reasonable amounts of cash. They may give you a token 'job' or two but, invariably, the work dries up or they say that you are 'not suitable' before very long. Any genuine employer who needs data entry work or mail addressed will usually find qualified people through a recognised employment agency and will pay at recognised rates. They will NEVER ask for money from prospective employees!

well don't ever register with 365jobs4u.com i got scammed from that, i also joined home-profits.biz but when i was asking for a refund they just keep telling me to post my ref.link to other sites.
