I was 5 years old. We were playing that time and I accidentally slipped in our corridors and my mouth was slammed on the floor. The next thing I knew I was holding my front tooth and was giving it to my mom asking her to glue it back to my gum. My mom use to recall this funny story because she can't forget how I cried a lot and still giving her my tooth. ^^,

I don't remember how it was for my first tooth. But I hated losing each one of my tooth, so I guess it sucked for the first one too.

I actually lost all my baby teeth at the same time! Biting into a bologna sandwich of all things! And I still don't eat bologna, almost 35 years later. Seems funny now, but at the time, it scared the h#$% out of me, the tooth fairy was very generous though and I soon had my adult teeth coming in.

Hahahaha! Hope you don't mind my laughing, but it does seem funny from how I imagine it! You had tooth fairies there, I remember reading that when I was a kid, and it fascinated me. Over here, we had mice - we asked to exchange our pulled teeth with theirs, as we considered smaller teeth prettier.

Yes i remember, it was a bad experience. I was so scared to have it pulled out, i told my mum that it would hurt and i wanted to do it at the dentist, she took me there but when i got there, seeing people with big cottons in their mouths, little children crying i panicked and told mum i will let her pull it out at home and to get me out of the dentist's office. She got annoyed and made me stay there and had the tooth pulled out, which was so fast and painless...lol

It would probably have been less quick and a bit more painful if it was done at home, don't you think? You're lucky. In my time and in our country, the first teeth were pulled out at home usually with a string.

hmmm I don't remember my very first tooth but i do remember other teeth. I was always fascinated with the way they wiggled and would wiggle them with my tongue. Usually they would just pop out this way with no pain or bleeding. However, there was this time when i was a kid that i feel on my mouth and hit my front right tooth. It healed after a while...but when the time came for it to fall out everything was normal until it did. When it came out of my mouth it was still attached to the root so i had to go get it removed by a dentist.
