do you set goals in my lot for yourself? do you have a weekly minimum that you shoot to achieve? i'm going for payout by months end, right now, i have $3.47, i really need to bust my hump to get there. any recommendations as to the numbers i need to hit? i know its more about the responses that you get than how many discussions you start, but what do you think my numbers should be?

Yes i set goals for mylot.I respond to more than 20 discussions a day.I get 15-16 cents a day.You need to get atleast 34 cents per day to reach payout this month. You should respond from35-40 discussions.

There is no one certain criteria for their goals. Other than quality discussions, responses, and comments and to avoid violations of the guidelines. It all depends actually on the discussions started and responding to as well. Too much falls into this area as to how many things to do to make a certain amount. Just work hard until you get bored or out of time and hope it's enough I guess. I work abou8t 8 to 10 hours here and earn an average of over $1 a day sometiomes more depending on the quality of my work here. So the amount needed to payout is reachable. yikes! i'm not even on during the weekends, i'll really need to step it up. i found that on the days when i have at least 10 responses to my discussions, the money comes in faster. i think its more quality than quantity. thanks for responding.

I have yet to miss a payout in my nearly 3 years here. I am here on and off all day as well though. Some days I can make $3 to $5. Most days around $1 average. So it is easy in a sense. It all depends on quality I feel. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

but is it worth it for the 8 to 10 hours you put in? i'm getting paid while at work, so a bit here and a bit there is worth it to me, but yikes, 8 to 10 hours a day kinda scares me!

yes i have been using this mylot since 2 years and i have learnt lot out of the tricks how to gain money. 1. don't spend only posting the comments. Try posting the pic while you are commenting which is below. 2. try starting discussions and make friends who can respond to your discussion continuously. 3. try to post atleast 50 comments and start atleast 3 discussions per day. Your payout shall gradually increase. Thanks Maru

if you've been on for two years, how is your ranking only 887? and how come you haven't learned that when the text is underlined in the box, it means it is misspelled? sorry to be mean, but i hate typos, they are easily prevented and should be corrected. poor grammar is just silly in this day and age with all the computer assistance available.

Goal setting is good. Targetting something is nice. But there is one thing I would like to suggest you do. Do your activities in myLot with all the fun and the desire to both share and learn with/from others. Sometimes with money as the goal, we fail or forget to ensure that we should be giving our best to impart to others our thoughts and opinion. Though to me, I also set the same kind of goals. But on top of that, I still want to make sure that I have shared and given additional learning to you and to others. ^_^

yup, I set goal for myself this month. Well, posting goals.. I have never set goals for myself for posting every day or months. I just post what i can in a day when i am here. My aim before is just to reach pay out and that's it. Luckily, I always reach minimum pay out every month. But lately, I have decide to set a goal for me to reach,, goals of posts.. I want to reach 2,000 posts at the end of the month. am not sure if i can reach it but just a goal... No harm in trying.

good luck to you! i hope you make it! i have yet to cross the 1,000 mark. i didn't start posting discussions until relatively recently but i'm seeing that the money follows starting discussions of merit, not just random one liners.

Well i set a minimum goal of 30 posts a day... because i know some days i wont be able to get on be it due to bad internet connection or just busy so it balances out lol Mind you not all in one sitting! So yes i get fresh air and what not but also helps i type a decent speed almost as fast as the words come to my head... I started a few discussions not a lot... because honestly it seems that anything i want to post on is already posted as a discussion... been here 7 days or 8... not sure exactly... give or take a day... Currently my earnings are 4.06 so that is encouraging... i set payout for myself at 25 dollars just because getting 25 dollars at one time sure would be nice lol

i keep my payout at the 10 mark, just so i can start over again and make it grow. i earned 37 cents yesterday and that was a big chunk for me. if i keep that up all month, that's $11.10 total... we'll see if i do it!

I actually do set goals for myself on MyLot.com dvschic. But I am a goal-orientated person in most aspects of my life. Unlike many others, my goals on mylot.com are very realistic. $0.05 a day for 5 days of the week. That is it. This means I have to respond to five topics that my friends post, in which I actually have something to contribute. :D Easy goal with the neat friends I have on mylot.com. Thinking it over, to make extra money, it is tough when you get $0.01 per post of "quality". Using those figures, one can quickly become overwhelmed and despair at the amount of time needed to make a penny. So, I gave up focusing on the money and instead on the quality of people and discussions I can be involved in/learn from.
