As we grow older a lot of things change. Our appearance and looks somehow becomes more thicker and rougher. We start to get wrinkles, warts, or any kind of skin diseases that we despise having. However, the most crucial part is when we get diagnose by some sickness or illness which we inherited or acquired from hereditary causes or just simply due to our careless habits. I noticed as I reached my 30's I begin to experience some of the symptoms that will eventually lead to serious illness like for instance, diabetes. Nowadays, whenever I get mosquito bites and scratch the surface where its bitten, it easily bleeds throughly, even the smallest part. The doctor said it could lead to possible diabetes. Meaning, I have to cut sugar intake like sodas, cakes, pastries, alcohol, and sweets. Also, I must exercise regularly to secrete sweat glands and decrease the chance in getting this serious disease. Of course, we have to do what is right and what is better for us. How about you? Are you starting to experience some signs off illness or diseases that you may acquire or have in the future?

I have noticed in my years of getting a little older that I should really take more care of myself. I am sorry that you have diabetes and I do hope that you will take good care of yourself.
It does seem that we get afflicted with more problems as we get older especially physical ones.
I know that I have slowed down considerably and can't move like I use to. I should probably try to get back into shape! ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)
