Has anyone ever asked that question about your husky?? When we lived in a city at least once a week someone would stop us to ask if she was part or whole wolf.

lol. Got my Siberian husky from the pound. It was only five years later that I met a woman who actually worked with wolves, who confirmed that my dog is part wolf - no doubt about it. There is really very little to indicate the wolf, that I can see - even after 10 years.
But it shows in personality. Wolves "pattern", or pick up learned behaviors when young. Anything my dog learned as a pup, has really stuck. New situations - she does not handle well.

*lol* Yup and they were right. My husky is also a hybrid husky\sarloos (capacian red wolf with husky mix is a sarloos wolfhound in Canada, in Europe they use European grey wolf with malamute to achieve a sarloos wolfhound breed).
Kemo is only about a 1\3 Capacian Red Wolf but he exhibits very strong wolfy nature. Howling, digging, pacing...then again a husky does these things too, particularly the digging because it's in their nature to dig a hole to lay in when the arctic tundra gets a little bit chilly. They use the hole to cut the wind chill and keep warm.
