Google page rank is given to pages which Google feels important.. Indeed to be specific, a page rank is given when that particular page receives good traffic.. But google spanks the page ranks of many users too.. Its indeed a threat to bloggers.. (Sometimes) So what is your opinion in the case of a PageRank...
