There are people who constantly worry all the time about money, their job and their health and anything else they can think of. Their anxiety becomes so much that it can take over their whole lives, eventually leading to an illness known as generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
Some people are prone to worrying while others just worry about something when it just happens? There is a genetic component. There are also nurture or non-nurture factors. People who come from divorced homes are more likely to have generalized anxiety disorder, characterized by chronic anxiety, exaggerated worry, and tension.
Overprotective parents tend to raise worriers also. Reverse parenting may also play a role. This occurs when the child is taking care of the parents because they are not functioning well. There is also an early environment component. Divorce of parents and overprotection can also play on a person's feelings of internal safety and security. Worriers are more likely to have irritable bowel syndrome, nausea, fatigue, and aches and pains.
I used to be a worrier. My parents divorced when I was four years old. This probably was the reason why I was a worrier, but I am no way as bad as before. I hope some of this information helps you with your questions.
Just remember things are never as bad as you think they will be. If you have a fear of say dying like I had, just look in the mirror and say over and over and over again, that I will die of cancer. I will die of cancer. Eventually this starts to become boring and loses its power. I was taught this and it works.

It is true some are pessimistic and some aren't. But i do see my life as a rollercoaster but whether is up or down I still worry, but thats what makes us different at the end of the day i guess.

I think I'm mostly a worrier because I have OCD, PTSD, and generalized anxiety disorder. The medications I take help a lot but right now I'm having a difficult time because I'm having trouble building my business:

You are not alone, I worry about every single aspect of my life; I don't do anything that might be harmful to me with thinking it like a million times, it sucks, to the point that it sometimes bothers the people I love, but I also suffer from an anxiety disorder, so I think they are both correlated. Good luck
