When I first read a book by Paulo Coelho about two years ago which was the Alchemist I was so hooked on the book and couldn't put it down until I finished the book. In the two years I've pretty much read all of Paulo Coelho books I just love every one of them. I don't think any author is like him, the way he write his story's makes you think about your life and life in generallY, in a good way. I love him.

I also got hooked on the Alchemist when i first read it, i think i finished it in about 7 hrs. I've read that book couple of times and it was the first Paulo Coelho's book i read. I've now become a fan and even has a collection. He is a great writer and one can relate to his stories easily

That is so true, Have you read any more oh his stories if you haven't you really should the best one if which of portobello or eleven minutes.

yeah me too! i read alchemist whn i got it as a gift now i love his wrting and hte fact tht he is willin to give the books for EVEN FREE!

hey funkybuddha! i'm a fan of reading and just recently i finished "the Alchemist" and i agree it's very nice story that got me motivated again.But it got me thinking about my life and how could i follow my dream like in the story?! Well i think the hardest part is knowing what's your dream is. So, you recommend reading portobello and 11 minutes? Well i will, but tell me more about them so i can choose which one.Because i've been told to read 1984 by Georges Orwell also. So much things to do in so little time! Thank you for your nice topic.
