internet feture of bangladesh

bangladesh is country where most people doesn't understand about any kind of technology. even how can bangladeshi most people understand internet. specially most of the ISP's doesn't understands user's need. i heard form some one that the information secretary said "is it true that mail can be send by internet".i was disappointed by this speech. if bangladeshi most people ISP's feels internet is a need then the bandwidth price will become more less & more speed connection will be found.
i hope that ISP will understand it and every responsible person's will understand the and will help to recover this problem to develop bangladesh .
it is not offensive , it is a need.

Wow, what was the Information Secreatry talking about? a hand written letter?, maybe the secretary was just joking
But i think you are lucky enough to have internet connection and be able to be on mylot, and also if you guys keep on making researches on how to make your country fully having nice technology you will finally get it
I hope some development happen early than later because the world technology is growing everyday and you might be left out
