Do you text more on your cell than you do calling out

I prefer texting since I need to send SMS to my friends and family who live abroad. If I have to call them, it's going to cost me a fortune. I used to live in Indo and now I live in Finland. I have only a few friends here in Finland, so I don't use my mobile a lot at all. I do call my friends who live here since it's cheap, but as their numbers aren't many, I text more often as I have more friends and family living in Indo.

Happened to me to text message someone on the cell when I was to ashamed to tell it in words so I found this method of not getting embarrassed. Some do it just because they like to type on the cell. But I prefer to call rather then text message.

I would rather text because you have more time to think about your responses to things. I don't remember things as well as i use to so texting is so much better for me because I can take as much time as I need to. Plus texting gives you something o do with your hands when you have add or adhd which I have so it's just all around easier for me.

I hate my cell phone in general, but when I do use it I prefer text. I like the fact that I can send or recieve quick information but don't have to stop what I am doing. Sometimes I don't need a long conversation, or I just want to let someone know something without the small talk needed on the phone. I also prefer email to the phone for the same reasons. It can be done on each person's time schedule.

I honestly don't know why I use texting, but I do, and it's my preferred choice. I may call out on my phone once a day, if even that. My texting is usually at least 25 a day, as I said, I don't really know why.

I am crazy in using cell and text some times more than 500 msgs in one time. But I know my younger brother did more than a thousand msg in a single day :).
