I couldn't remember mine ... I think it was last year ... They say it's good to have your blood checked once in a while (just the basics like cholesterol and sugar levels) do you agree?

Hi, before I was doing it yearly, but two years ago, I did the general checkup, covering the mammogram, I've learned from the doctor (who read my mammogram) that i have to do mammogram atleast every 3 years, so I made the presumption that maybe It is okay to do the blood test every 3 years too.(ha,ha) But I will be doing the Gen. checkup again this year. Thanks for the reminder. Happy mylotting

I had my last one yesterday. I'm used to them now but I am definitely not a huge fan of them. I need to have one every six months to monitor a thyroid condition. I would like it if they checked all the basics as well, or if they do check them I wouldn't mind knowing what's what!

Yup, i do agree that it is important to have a blood test. So that if ever the result will show some diseases, early treatment can be address to it. :) And it is good for us that we may be knowledgeable about our health status and be conscious of the things that we eat especially if our cholesterol or blood glucose level is high for example. :)
