I am from Malaysia too and I have not even verified my account yet. However, I sent than a ticket yesterday to clarify the withdrawal procedure for Malaysian as I am confused between the option of Wire Transfer and Bank Transfer. I am still waiting for their reply on that.
From the site, you would know that there are three options to choose from for Malaysian. You can have your money mailed to you in a check form to your mailing address or you can either use the Wire or Bank Transfer.
So, my confusion was related to the Wire and Bank Transfer. I just want to know why are there two options. Wire transfer will cost you $15 per transfer and Bank transfer would only cost 50 cents. So, is there any reason why people would want to use Wire transfer when the cost is much higher unless there is a valid reason, that I may not know off for people to go for the extremely expensive (by comparison) option.
If anybody know, please leave your comment here. Thanks! Cheers!

With AlertPay it is easy to have our money transferred into our local bank account. At least that is in theory because I have not done any transfer. It is easy because AlertPay has an office in Malaysia.
AlertPay
Is your account verified? If not, do so, and the process is simple and would not take long. I used a photocopy of my IC and bank book.
Before making a request for a cash transfer, we have to verify our bank account with AlertPay. To do this we need a confirmation from the bank. There are instructions on AlertPay site. The process should not take long since AlertPay is now local.
PayPal
The nearest PayPal representative is in Singapore. At the moment we have to open up a bank account in Singapore. The rest of the process is basically the same as PayPal.
The second alternative is to find an exchanger or someone who is willing to exchange money on the Internet. The basic procedure is we give this person the amount we want to withdraw from PayPal plus any service charge they ask for, and they deposit the amount into our AlertPay account (or other accounts such as e-gold). This is risky since the person may take your money and simply disappears.
The third alternative is to use the money accumulated in PayPal to buy services, goods, or membership via the Internet. Many companies accept payments made through PayPal.
Best of luck
