Which is the cheapest hotel in Perth , Australia ?

I found it quite difficult to find cheap or reasonably priced accomadation in Perth when I visited last year for a few days. Of course it depends where you are travelling from. In the end I stayed at Jewell House which is run by the YMCA. It is a fairly basic place, small rooms with TV and shared bathrooms. They start at only AUS$40 which as you will find is a bargain for Perth. It is located just on the edge of the CBD, you can easily walk to the river and the City centre from here.
