the best sleeping style for health
according to my perspective, the best style of sleeping is heeling over the right of our body by lay our right hand under the head as if a pillow. by mean, there are several advantages for this style:
1. loosen our side and easier the digestion process absorbing our intakes
2. loosen our lungs for respiration process
3. by this position we avoid snoring
4. give support for the heart's work with this relax position

any spot thats comfortable is my style i move a lot when iam sleeping until iam comfortable i have the right pillows and the right spot to get to my style i like.sleeping is no joke if ir not comforable then you don,t have a goodnight sleep you turn all night long until you get as you say the right sleeping style.

I used to sleep always on my side or stomach, but after a car accident I had to see a chiropractor and he told me the best sleeping position for your body is on your back, with now pillow. Weird, right? But I guess it helps keep your bones aligned and keeps strain off of your muscles (which can pull your bones out of proper alignment when tense). He said the second best style is on your side. I think sleeping on your stomach turns your neck too far to one side and pull your spine out of alignment, but I'm not sure.
