Why do I feel this way?

I started to notice this when I aged 25. I feel very tired everyday as I came home from our office. I have spend most of my time in the office. I have no choice because I have to finish the report on a specific date.
This becomes a routine. I go to the office to work and back home to rest. At first I enjoy what I do but then as time goes by, I felt like a candle. My energy started to fall. Until one day I decided to resign, I feel so sick.
After a year, I decided to go back at work. I noticed that I don't feel as healthy as before. I easily feel tired even if I don't render overtime.
What's happening to me? Is it normal as we get older?

So here, I want to know what kind of job are you taking? I think that your feeling may be somehow concerned with your job. Second, as a worker, sometimes it is too tired for you to do anytthing after you back home, and you don't feel better even you have have a good rest. Day by day , this situation become a routine, and it must do harm to your physical and mentally health. and here, my advice is that may be your work you are taking is not fit for you. And another, your physical condition may not be runing very well along the way. In other words, you appear some weakness. So, I think yo should be change you job or just give up working for a while if possible. What's more , do some physical excercises as many as you can. Wish you a happy life!

Hi. Jencai. I am sorry that you are feeling that way but I think you are way too young to feel so tired all the time. Maybe you should look at your diet and habots. eat healthier and gain energy by doing regular exercises. Office work and a sedentary lifestyle can really make one feel lethargic. i hope you will feel better soon. take care.

you are still young to feel that way. when i was your age, i still have that energy and up to now (just few years more your age) i still have the drive to go to work and still have the energy level. my patience have also improved when i got more matured.
you might want to take some vitamins particularly vitE . dont stress yourself too much. Relax, enjoy ,have fun once in a while. pamper yourself once a month, have a good spa, massage and maybe go to the parlor for manicure and pedicure.

It could be alot of things. Sometimes it is you just need a change of job. Something different to get you out of the rut you are in. Or, maybe you need vitamns. I do notice as you get older you do less outdoor activity and more indoor work. You get tired faster. If you add some outdoor fun on the weekends that might help too. Talk to your doctor and see if your health is good and what he/she suggest, then go from there. Hope, I helped you out some.

jencai, I am 35 years old and can tell you that sitting in an office all day is the most tiring job ever. You need to exercise and eat right. Food supplements are also important as a lot of the food we eat is lacking in the vitamins and minerals we need to be healthy. If you feel the need to change your life for the better I have a solution for you. Visit my profile and check out the Freedom Project link. It has done wonderful things for me and my family and I know it can do the same for you.
Good luck, Jay

Perhaps yo should try taking vitamins or even possibly visiting with your physician. It is common to tire as we get older but if it seems to be that way everyday you could have a health problem causing you to feel that way. Better to be safe than sorry.

It is normal, but 25 isn't really older. You might want to go see your doctor - maybe you're not getting enough of a certain nutrient, or maybe you're not getting enough exercise or fresh air.
I found that for a few years I wasn't nearly as energetic as normal, and I think that was just because I was so stressed out. It's taken awhile to get back to normal.

I think because of the 1yr gap you're body may be very sluggish. So, due to sudden change of situation it is not able produce stamina as before so u may feel exhausted. Try to do some workout that make you feel fresh and try to have some passion for you're life and have some goal that makes you more boosted

that is what i notice also to my body even i never experience to work in the office but because i got married in an early time i was very busy taking care of my son and after ten years i got born my second baby that i can notice it is more different than the year 20's to my present age now for i get tired taking care of my daughter and doing the chores at home.
I start complaining my back for i feel pain on it and when it is 8pm i could not feel energetic for i am very sleepy and very tired that i wanted to rest in order to get another energy to take care for my baby at night.
I guess becoming old is the reason why we feel tired and easily get sick on our daily works for we are like a machine that when it is old we have to buy a new one.

I'm 52 but I feel as healthy and as strong as I was 25 years old. Whey because I live a healthy life. I exercise regularly at least 30 to one hour a day, I drink plenty of water, I eat healthy food more on vegetables and fruits. I don't eat port or any fatty food. I don't eat processed meat. I don't eat junk. I don't engage in any vice. I live a healthy and clean life. This way I was able to preserve my health up to this age. I also do take natural food supplement. I suggest you take virgin coconut oil at least 2 tablespoon everyday and you must also take other natural food supplement. You must be lacking in iron because those who lacks iron easily tire up. Engage in daily exercise and eat healthy foods just as I do.

It just normal for some like us who does the same thing/routine everyday of our life. But for me, i set a goal that by my age of 35 i must have my own farm and there i would spent my entire life focusing on my family. I can't wait for this day... :)

Hi ! I suppose these things happens when to expect more out of you . Remember once we get a chance to live as what we are so make most of it . Just let your self flow free. Don't bother about any thing . Think that everyday you will have a blast . Work and enjoy . Choose your kin of work which you enjoy doing most . That will relief you more . You not sick by any means so don't think of that. Relax a bit and think all over and again . Restart and cherish your upcoming life!
