is it cheating if you have been seperated for years but not legally?

Just something my boyfriend of three years and I ,were discussing earlier.He says that i am cheating on my husband and i say i am not because we are seperated and quite obviously not getting back together.What do you think .who do you agree with?

nope if it,s over it over the reason he say you are cheating because of a piece of paper it,s long over it,s just harder to get out then it was to get in.

I'd be more worried why, after 3 years, your boyfriend has suddenly decided you are cheating. Sounds to me like he's looking for a way out. Personally, I don't think you are cheating. Yet the Bible says there is NO such thing as divorce & you are committing adultery. So, you need to decide how you feel. If you truly have NO feelings for your ex, then it is NOT cheating!!!
