Which comedy & drama you wish to have reruns/come back ON TV?

I'm on a project of finding the most wanted TV comedy show & drama. The time frame is between 80's until today. The thing is, I have very vague memory about 80's and the 90's, and I would very much appreciated you guys could help me to refresh my memory on this. Kindly let me know your:
1. favourite comedy
2. drama from ;
from the past or present, and it would be a merit if you can let me know which episode you love the most (if you can't remember then can skip this question) Don't worry, I'll still be rating/marking best (provides relevant info about the show) of your answers as well. I would love to see Northern Exposure again. I don't know if I have a favorite episode but anything with the character Adam was hilarious. Also, there was this episode where Dr. Fleishman (sp?) gets asked to go to Anchorage to sub in as a birthing instructor. Maggie flies him down there and when he gets to the class he says "you only need to know 4 words. Give me my epideral." Of course Maggie is appalled, but as a mother who had very, very long labors, I still laugh. It's kind of a running joke with me and my husband any time we're not feeling well or stressed out. All we have to do is say "give me my epidural" and we both know we just want to be put out of our misery LOL.

The great thing is, I don't think I ever watch this Northern Exposure, and I found its rating is pretty high in IMDB, quite many people liking this show. This arrouse my interest for it! You've given very nice descriptions about your likings, and the example is a plus! You helped a lot and don't worry, I'll make sure your answer worth every word of it.
