Why and how hat discover?

I found somethink which tickling me. I think, why and how hat discover? Did the people that discovered it didn't had hair?
Or, how worst his/her face?

i think it was originally for the cold. remember wearing a hat can cause you to go bald. so most likely it wasn't to hide baldness. it was to keep their heads warm, and then they went bald from wearing the hat.
