we asked to tell us about some of the posative,constructive ways they've found to express or release anger. here are just some of the great ideas you sent in.:
Think it out:
-:"If something gets on your nerves,just sit down and relax!then try to think inyour head how to solve it."
-:"just go into your room or the badroom and lie down and think about it."
Talk It Out:
-:"Talk with Parents or a counselor".
-:get Help from a doctor r close family mamber".
-:Telling someone about it to get it off your chest is a good way to deel with anger"
-:"If you're really mad at somebody, just tell them how you feel, but in a non violent-way".
Write it Out-
-:"keep a journel a journal about your feelings".
-:"if you have a dairy, it really helps to actully talk to it.It sounds stupid, but you know it won't ever say anything mean to you".

that was good advance to give. i have an anger issues myself. i often wait until i calm down before facing a person who made me mad. sometime it hard too, and often end up making things worst and have to go back and say sorry.
but i will play vedio games to help me to calm down.
