Hi.
Open source and great user support highlights Mozilla Firefox for me.
Some features that I like in Firefox are: ability to resume downloads, add-ons,security and easy user interface.

Firefox was the browser that introduced me to tab browsing. Nowadays its features r shared by almost all the others 'competitors' as u say. Ya the crash restart and the download resume are its creme qualities but sometimes ("sometimes.") download resume doesn't work for me which i dont like. But still,if it were a poll,my vote's for firefox...

the biggest plus for Mozilla products is its open source platform which certainly gives the opportunity to the developers to play around and innovate as a very high rate and the outcome is very much visible in the experimental addons available for Firefox providing a customization option to almost every user. Also, who is not aware of its speed and compatibility.
