AlertPay and a credit card?

I have found a few sites that seem to be paying using AlertPay but I never have really heard much about the site and I prefer PayPal over this site but I had to make a account on AlertPay because some sites only pay that way.
So I made a account on the site and I got a question regarding incoming money. Do I have to enter some kind of credit card information on the AlertPay site to be able to receive or send any money?
I am simply asking because I don't really want to enter my CC info on that site and would prefer to still receive money and than send it to my PayPal account. (I read that I can send money to a PayPal account on some other site)
So my basic question is. Do I need to enter any CC info to be able to receive/send money using AlertPay?

I have an Alertpay myself but it seems difficult to get it verified. I think I'll just have to ask some members here in Mylot if they'd want to exchange my money in Alertpay for money to Paypal. It works simply: They send the same amount to my Paypal using their Paypal accounts, and in return I send the amount in my Alertpay account to their Alertpay accounts.
