Is palaceexchange.org (a money exchange site) scam?

They claim, they exchange paypal- alertpay or vice verca or liberty reserve- other payment processors and vice verca INSTANTLY. I already sent them payment 4 hours ago and still patiently waiting for their "Instant exchange" . If they do not pay me, this is not only scam, this is crime. A theft they are doing in Internet. Any idea whether am I going to get my payment in the so called "Instant exchange" site? The site name is palaceexchange.org and I have exchanged AP-PP

No, they do not process. They are a confirmed scam. I filed a dispute on Alertpay and Alertpay din't help me either. They told the merchant account do not have enough funds to do a chargeback. Its was months ago.
I really feel sorry if you are another one that got scammed.

that sounds really irritating then all of mylottians need to be aware of. thanks for informing all of us. i have to transfer the money from alert pay which is the right site to do that.

I have never heard of this site before. I hope someone at Mylot can answer your question for you. I am joined with alot of paying sites. It is great and fun.
