Online cheating

I joined myspace a few years ago. Man, I was in for a world of surprise. I didn't know what to expect at first. I am married now since 2001 and been together since 1997. So, I am not one that approves of cheating and would don't even like people flirting with me...especially when they know I am married. I loose all respect for them. Anyways, I was told the site was good for networking and making friends. I thought it would be great to make some friends in Japan, Germany, and Russia. All went well for a week. No problems. Then they hit one right after the other. They would not stop even after I deleted them and if I barred them from contacting me they sometimes would make a new user name. I eventually canceled the account. I couldn't believe the things people done online to cheat. they would be in a relationship and I am in one and still couldn't leave me alone and be happy with who they have. I don't support cheating, BUT I will say this...if you cheat then that is your life your taking a risk on loosing the way it is...just leave me out of it. I was wondering if any of you have had this problem from myspace or other sites. How did you handle it and does it affect your choices on joining sites?
