I could never forget "Glory", a war story movie which touched my heart to the core. Matthew Broderick acted as colonel here while Denzel Washington was a private and Morgan Freeman is a sergeant. It talks about the first African-American volunteers who went into war. I was so touched because of the tough situation the soldiers were in that Col. Shaw acted by Broderick has to write to the government for help because his soldiers have no shoes fit for war. This is really an amazing story and I can't forget it.

Hi. There a few movies in Hindi that I like very much. The one from Hollywood that I like the most is the "Independence day". Not that much emotional but a complete entertainer. I loved the work of Will Smith in the movie and do remember most of the sequences of the movie.

A few movies have done this for me - "The Green Mile" being one of them. The book was amazing enough, and the movie was quite well done and very difficult to forget. Also on that list of films is "Schindler's List" and "Finding Neverland." In a different way, "Edward Scissorhands" did that same thing for me, but it did not make me cry so much as realize a few facts of life in a different way. Good topic.

That would have to be, "United 93". I will never forget that movie! This movie actually got me shedding a tear or two! If you haven't seen it then I really recommend this one for you. It's based on the 911 attacks on America! Flight United 93, how the passengers fought the terrorists at the end, so brave, so heroic, hopefully never to be repeated! I have the DVD and I really treasure this movie. I can watch it over and over again and not become bored. I think that it was quite controversial when it first came out. I haven't seen "Glory", although I would like to at some point in the future based on the way you have described it. I love movies, especially those that feed my imagination. Andrew

That was an excellent movie "Glory". It is my hubbys favourite. We went to the movies to see this one. Morgan Freeman is one of my favourite actors too. I loved him in the "Shawshank Redemption". I bought a copy of this movie and have watched it about seven times. This is the movie that stays in my mind the most. It is an excellent sad and happy movie. The best I have ever seen.

My unforgettable movie is "So Close", a chinese movie which narrates a wonderful story of two beautiful sisters work together as hired assassins. What made the movie very amazing was that it tells the close bond of the two sisters. Their parents were killed by and they saw it, when they grew up they became hired assassins. The elder sister was very protective of her younger sister and choose to act alone on the crime, eventually she was killed while protecting her sister. The movie is packed with high technology gadget similar to hollywood high caliber action films, it was complete with martial arts action and chasing of cars. Another unforgettable movie is "Titanic", the all time moneymaker talks about eternal and sacrificing love, after watching the movie you've got to believe that there's still someone somewhere in this world who is ready to slay a dragon for you-so to speak, it is highly emotional and the musical score is spectacular.

hi, masmasika. i love watching movies and a lot of them are really memorable. but what really made such impact to me is THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE. i liked the story very much because it is not one those senseless suspense/horror movies that was good while it lasted. i was a little scared while watching but not much because i was more attentive to the story. the funny thing is that although after watching that movie i did not start to imagine weird things and i did not start becoming paranoid, i was more affected than i thought i was. in the movie, the girl named emily rose experienced demonic possession every 3 a.m. oh well, i wake up every exactly 3 a.m. after watching the movie. no matter what time i fall asleep, i would wake up in the middle of the night and when i check my alarm clock next to my bed, it would say 3 a.m. weird huh? that lasted for almost a year. everytime i wake up i was always afraid to check the time but i look at the clock anyway. incidentally, according to the movie, 3 a.m. is the witching hour, which the evil spirits use to mock the Holy Trinity. cheers!
