It's tradition

Stocking - This is our daughter's 3rd Christmas stocking that we have made. We chose Dora because that is what she loves right now so it fits.

A lot of us have traditions from when we were children that have carried over into our adult lives and we have passed them on to our own children. Have you started any traditions on your own that your children may pass on? My husband and I started the tradition for our daughter that every year we will make her a new Christmas stocking. I just finished this years and have attached a photo.

For Christmas, we have believed in Sta. Claus for so long. This year, we will start giving my 2 year old daughter a gift from Sta.Claus. In my husband's family, they have Easter Egg Hunting in their grandmother's house where my daughter was able to participate in twice already. They also celebrate Thanksgiving Day no matter if we are in the Philippines. I don't know why. LOL!
