Hello Again mlotters. Im 22 yaers old and at the moment im residing with two of my good friends that I attended college with. We split the rent three ways. and lately I've been very serious about saving money to get my own apartment next year. But on the other side of my mind I have been thinking if it would be wise to move back in with my mother so I could be able to save more money than I would by living on my own. I do miss seeing my moms a lot even though I visit. But I know sooner or later I will will want to move out on my own. I really want my own space. If you have any ideas as to what I should do. Im gladly taking suggestions. And if you have a story similar to my own please share with us. Thank You. all ages welcome. Even parents themselves.

I think you should live with your mother for sometime to save some money to buy your own house. In India, we follow different pattern, we stay with our parents till we are kid & young till nearly 25 years, then when our parents retire which is nearly 60, we buy bigger house from our earnings & keep our parents with us. We believe in returning all that we have got from our parents, and don't let them stay alone bcoz why should they miss the chance of playing with their grandchildren everyday. Besides, there should be someone to take care of them when they are ill, they should get good food to eat everyday, & so on.

you also know you will move out on your own sooner or later, why do you decide to continue depening on your mother ? now most colleges stimulate students to find part-time job outside, abviously that means college students shuold try to depart from their family,do you think so, in the other hand ,you will feel depressed if you study hard when you work hard, but personnaly i think it is a way to fufill your college life . i do as so,good luck.
