Can anyone help me to verify Alertpay?

Hi Darksorrow, Did Alertpay send you an email to notify you that you need to submit more documents to verify your account. The verification was rather simple. All you need is a photo ID and a latest bill that reflects the address that you have provided at sign up. I submitted my ID and credit card bill and waited patiently for 2 weeks. They mentioned that verification may take up to 10 business days. I emailed them after waiting for nearly 3 weeks and asked for the status of my account as I did as what I was instructed the my status was still "Unverified". After I have sent them an email, they processed my account immediately. If you have waited more than 10 business days and your account is still not verified. I suggest that you email to them to escalate the situation. Good luck.

There, I also quote the FAQ regarding Alertpay verification and also the link to that page. Alertpay categorized passport as a photo ID, so you need another document as your proof of address document. I think contacting them might help.

I was available to verify mine. I uploaded my social security ID with a bank statement. Do you have a bank account? I suggest that you ask for a copy of your bank statement from them. Those are the only two things I uploaded then it got me verified. I was even worried because my social security ID does not bear by married name but I also sent them my Marriage contract to be sure. Luckily that got me verified. I think your passport will do for your country ID. Do you guys also have a social security ID? If you do then I suggest for you to upload that instead.

If I remember correctly I sent my drivers license and a phone bill in my name. I would try to send any piece of mail that you have in your name even if it's not a bill and your pasport. If you have any kind of photo ID I'd send that.

To make sure that AlertPay can verify you quickly, you need to send two documents even though the site only mention that you can send either one. If you have your personal ID or passport under your name and using the address that you have registered with AlertPay, then you can use that as one of the documents for verification. The other one should be your utility bills, such as electricity and water bills but the name on the bill must be your name and not someone else. You can also send your telephone or cellphone bills provided again, that your name appeared on the document with the right address. Credit card bills are also accepted if they have your name and address on them. So, the key thing is that your name and the address that you have registered at AlertPay must be on the documents that you are sending for verification. If you do not have your name there, may be you can try writing to them and explain the situation but I am not sure whether they would allow it or not. All the best to you. Cheers!
