i found a website on the net, bringing up about some problems with paypal when it transfers money to a bank in singapore. thought you guys would want to take a look at this.

I have used paypal for the last two years and i have never faced any problems till now. But some body complains about it. For me, its safe.

i think paypal is safe. they can detect email spam or pishing. i like paypal .
last month my account paypal is limits because any reason, so i make new account at that. i must verified again, to can withdraw.

I have used paypal since 2004 and hav never (knock on wood) encountered any problems. Th iggest complain that I have heard is that they are very slow about transferring money to yor bank account. I have only done this type of transaction a few times and it took about three days which it tells you that it can take up to 5 days. But so far I'm happy with it.
