No, not everyday anymore. I used to exercise everyday but lately I've been so lazy so I just exercise once o twice in a week. I want to exercise more frequently.

I don't go to gym. However, I think I often do exercises everyday. Such as everyday I go to work and go home on foot for about 35 minutes. Walking is a good exercise. I do this to be healthy rather than losing weight. As I am already very skinny.

Well, with a lot of Health problems due to being Diabetic, sometimes it is harder to get in a lot of excercise. I have some really bad Circulation problems in my legs and really need to find more time to walk. But since it has been raining my Arthritis is making me hurt so bad it is hard for me to be able to do this, but I guess I just need to force myself a little more at times to get out more for sure.

I do exercise daily and prefer to do it in my house only.Daily i wake up so early in the morning and walk 8 kilometres.I think it is the best and simple exercise to keep my body fit.

i do hiking in the morning to accompany my husband to get interest in hiking for was advice by the doctor to make a daily routine on his health condition for he has a heart problem and he was advice that the good exercise for him is hiking or a normal walk.

Hello ajithlal. I think that the only exercise for me to do every day is walking from my apartment to my office as it is not far from each other. I don't have other kinds of exercise during working days, but during my days off, I ride my bike to the town for some shopping. I love my bike as it offers me convenience.

oh, I hate exercises .. and I never go to the gym.
I like roller skating . maybe that is the only exercise whick I like..
That is the reason why I am getting fatter and fatter..

Hello ajithlal,
I'm the type of person who is very conscious of his physical health, eventhough I get sick at times. The best exercise for me is walking. I walk to school and it is quite far from my boarding house. Sometimes I jog in the mornings and do some stretching afterwards.
Lately, I've been going to the gym. It is the best place to be when you want to build a good physique.
Well, it is really nice to be healthy and fit.

I usually walk , take a bike ,and practise Yoga and Tai chi sometimes. I never went to gym for exercise, because gym is far away from my home, and I have not so much money to do that.

i don't go to gym, but after supper, i will walking nearly half an hour with our family to the nearby, sometimes we are talking something during the way, sometimes we are going to the fruit market to buy some fresh fruit for eating. sometimes we do nothing,only walking for smell some fresh air.this is the only exercise for me everyday.

I am. Being healthy is beautiful! I just take my bike out then have some sit ups in the morning never forget that. IN the afternoon I'm playing badminton and ofcourse im a mom so i take care of my family its just on exercise for me
