i know honey is good for our health, but using it as a sweetener makes me sick, it doesn't sweeten things, like i used in when making tea, i hardly notice that there are sweeteners in the tea.

I do use honey when I drink tea. I'll also use stevia with tea and sometimes in coffee. Stevia is very, very sweet and I really can't use too much.
I love using honey in my tea and my youngest son & I have a teaspoon each before he leaves for school each morning.
The supplier I buy my honey from has her bees on all-organic farms and the honey is so sweet and smooth. She's not able to call it organic honey because she can't be sure that all the honey gathered came from organically grown flowers. But it's the best honey I ever tasted and even my hubby eats a spoonful every so often. He said he never liked the commercial honey sold in stores, but this honey is much smoother with very little aftertaste.
