Are you have your own home?

When I was 19 years old I bought a tiny cottage in a village and I sold it after 14 years. I bought my current house three years ago and it is on the edge of a coastal town. It has country views and the coast is only three miles away. I am grateful that I have a small home and have never had to get a mortgage. I would like to live in a bigger home but to do that I would have to borrow money. Jobs are not secure these days and so I wouldn't want the pressure of paying a mortgage every month.
