Well, Neverland may be Never More

Michael Jackson has turned the deed of his Neverland ranch over to a California corporation in which he holds an interest. They had previously purchased his mortgage loan rather than allow the property to be foreclosed.

The article verifies what I have always believed - that Jackson developed the property in order to capture the youth he never was permitted to have.
I have never believed that he was a pedophile. Pedophiles don't have only two victims 10 years apart. Both "victims" seemed to be after money, not justice. No others have come forward, so I doubt seriously that they exist, unlike when the Catholic priest scandal hit - they were coming out of the woodwork! But, it ruined him financially, so he's had to give up his beloved Neverland.
We never know anyone's mental capacity to deal with the stresses of life until it's too late. Some child entertainers turn to drugs, some drink, and others, like Michael, regress to their lost childhood. Personally, I'd like to see every plastic surgeon to turned him into a freak show held accountable for only doing such travesty for money. They obviously had no ethical values.
How do you feel about what has become of Michael? Do you think, as I do, that he's a victim of his father's relentless pursuit of fame through his children and that his fragile psychological state is the result of that pursuit? Do you believe he's innocent or do you think he's guilty of crimes against children even though none have come forward besides the two, one of whom was proven to be a con? What do you think?

Hey jerz, I really think that he was truly messed up from his
childhood abuse and that he just didn't know what to do with
himself or his money. I don't really believe that he is a
pedophile because as you say he doesn't act like one. I don't
believe that he is capable of such a haneous crime. He himself
was so badly abused I don't think he would dare hurt another
child in any way ever. As for the surgeries they are also a
result of his father telling him that he was ugly which didn't
help his self esteem. His father should be punished for what
he did to all his children. He is truly a monster! I think
that Michael is a deeply disturbed man who is psychologically
damaged in many ways. But, I don't think he is a bad person
who would purposely harm his children or anyone elses. But
I do think that he has caused some damage to his children by
trying to keep them locked up and masked for the beginning years
of their lives even if he didn't mean any harm.

I am bit of reluctant to believe all the scandals on priests and people in pop scene. I am not saying that child abuse does not happen but one has to wary that there are vultures ready to jump on these people to milk them out of their money. I find it unbelievable that responsible parents have let their child near a pop star who has been already accused of such thing years earlier on. © ronaldinu 2008
