Do you eat things in parts?

I was just eating a cupcake, the last one actually, and I separated the icing from the cake, and ate the cake first. Almost every morning I have my bowl of Lucky Charms cereal, and I try to get spoonfuls of only the cereal so I can eat the marshmallows last. Sometimes when I'm eating Oreos, I separate the creamy filling from the cookies, eat all the cookies, and make one triple-cream cookie.
It's a childish habit, but who else does it?

I've always seperated my food. I love to lick off the frosting from a cupcake as well. Also I have to keep my food separated on my plate...You know like when they give you a tray in the elementary school cafeteria. It stuck with me I guess. Brownie edges and good to save for last too. mmmmmmmmmm

Sometimes I do that. It all depends on the mood I am in and if I want to make it last for a long time or if I have a crave for certain parts of it first.

Hi Sheepie,
When I am having my breakfast cereal, of Special K I eat all the flakes first and then the fruits last.

LOL... That aggravated my mother to no end when I would do that. She always said it all goes in the same place stop playing with your food. But somethings I still do that with.
