I have found that tryng to make a living online let alone LOOKING for a way to make a living online is very frustrating. I've searched online and once I find something that looks promising, I Google it and 9 times out of ten, it's a scam. Even what they advertise on TV are scams. I am beginning to lose faith in making a living online. Maybe if I had a lot more money to play with, I might be able to find a decent way to make a living online...What do you think?

It's true that finding a living on line is very frustrating, you are not sure if it is legitimate or scam, there are websites offering shocking earning with a small cost of membership fee, which in return does not seems honest with what they say when you enrolled in their site. Well, it is best to just make online opportunities as part time income, do not rely too much in online job as your full time job, otherwise you will be frustrated all through out.
If you have a full time job right now, online work is an ideal way of earning extra income. Online writing is now a trend, I am a freelance writer and earning extra income through writing for various clients. If you have a great passion in writing then this trend is just right for you, some writing website posted their projects through bidding, if your proposal is accepted by clients then writing project will be awarded to you, usually clients only demand 10 articles with 400 minimum words and they pay you based on the amount you listed in your bid.
Just make it sure you sign up for free membership to avoid spending money for unsure projects. Goodluck!

I also make the online job as partime job. It's a way to get extra money. It's really frustrated when consider online job as a support of living. But no matter what kind of job it is, you need to spend time and effort.

Money from the net is just extra money, you cannot pratically live a living out of it.Well maybr you could but you eally have to make extra efforts about it.You should work extra hard. And mind you it means you will be working fulltime onfront of your laptop the whole day just to do that. Some may have earned a lot of money thru the internet, but im pretty sure they invested money into it,which is very scary nowadays especially with all the scammers roaming around the world wide web.I guess if you would really like to earn a lot ,star finding a regular job.Thats what im doing,im working a regular 8-10 hour work everyday while doing part time jobs in the internet.

I am not trying to make an income online so much as supplement my income. When I look for things, I avoid anything that asks me to pay them. I focus on opportunities that ask me to write things, because I've had success in the past with these.
I am also planning on starting my own website, which I think can eventually make some money. (In very little bits).

It really depends on how will you go about it. For me, as long as you wont shell out any money then its good to go. If it requires a bit time and effort, well then why not. Everything should start from something small, and you'll reap towards the end just so you give your best to it one way or the other. Like here in MyLot, a lot of people are discouraging me and saying that its a waste of time because the rewards are little and slow. I say that its way better than doing nothing or smoking with friends and talks about rubbish things. Also, when you do something especially online, make sure that it helps and contribute in making you a better individual. Posting and reading discussions helps broaden your horizon, and it stimulates your mind.

It seems to me that most of you guys are really having a hard time. I quit my day job to pursue my online ventures. I am making a living from online writing and freelance work. Yes, I work online and make more money than I did from my job. It is not so much about finding programs and stuff, it is about using your talent. I sometimes make some clothing and sell it on e-bay. So I utilize my skills instead of relying on one source of income. It is hard work, but I am enjoying it...I get frustrated, but using my resources I have come to have a much more secure life. PS: It does help to have a partner who is in full time employment....lol

Yes Sinbadd you're right, there are a lot of scams especially on the Internet. Yes it is possible to make a living online but it won't just fall in your lap that's for sure. If you have money that you can spare to invest in a well investigated program then maybe that's a way. But you can make money even if you don't have money through affiliate programs or other. However it will take more time and effort trying to build any business without investing any money. So Bottom Line: If you want to earn a living from the internet you'll either have to invest money, plenty of time (sweat equity) or a combination of both. There's just no way around it. If you'd like some money-making programs PM me and I might be able to recommend some avenues that fit your style ~ Best Wishes!

I have never thought that I could be making my living doing some online business or stuffs and that's why I am keeping my 9 to 5 job as that would still make sure that I have a living.
There are many people who claimed that they have become millionaires just by doing things online. There are also those who are telling people that they are earning thousands of dollars with their so called online strategies, products or business but I guess, they are either just making that up or they have really started and done something that actually brings in the money for them.
As for me, my online activities are mainly for just some side income that I could use to pay for my blog hosting and internet connection and that have been working out well so far. But then, that's about it for me.
One thing for sure, making money online is not as easy as some people think. Cheers!

I hope to be making a full time living through my online business inside a year or maybe a little more. I started about two months ago and I have made just over a hundred dollars. It's a bit of a slow builder but if you think about any business you are looking at at least a year, quite possibly two or more before you see any profits. All of my work is done online and via the telephone. If anyone is interested in checking it out you can visit my profile and follow the Freedom Project link. No bs. No scam and no one will try and sell you anything. The company is called the Freedom Project and the partner company is called Shaklee Corporation. I suggest you look them up. Best of luck to everyone, Jay

I think making money online is very difficult. It's a better idea as someone who is just too busy to find another source for an income because just sitting online all day would be very frustrating. I only work online when I am not involved in my studies. I think the money that comes in is relatively insignificant but it's just a small sum to make ends meet. I think to find a site that will actually substitute for a traditional income would have to be a site you devote a lot of time and money into. I think the easiast way would be to make a site of your own. I know that's a difficult thing that not everyone knows how to do, but then again maybe that's why it still makes money.

I think evryone in mylot have been trying to make money online and make enough to have a living is like a dream for everyone of us. But I do not think many people can really make it, unless you know alot about these things and maybe you study anything related to it...
I am making some extra money per month to buy something that I want and maybe would not buy with my money, so I feel better to buy it with these money I have earned online.

I'm not sure if there is a legit way for you to make decent or even promising money online, full time atleast. I have "been there, done that" with those "work from home" and "make $250 an hour at home!" crap. I haven't found one with anything promising for myself. These people contact you and play some recording with a junk tape player (I actually experienced this), and screaming kids in the background, and they ask you to listen to the damn recording and tell them what you think. I had this lady play a recording for me and it was a guy talking about "imagine making 5 figures in a month, imagine never having to worry about your financial problems, and imagine this, imagine that", I hung up before the tape ended.. because you know what? Yes, I do imagine what it would be like making 5 figures a month, or more, and I do dream about never having to worry about financial problems, problem is, THESE people that are feeding you all this good stuff, are only out to take your money, and CAUSE YOU MORE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. Oh I hope you do not become a victim of any of these scammers. Oh and if something does sound promising, be on the look out for when they ask you "Now, you do have atleast a checking/ credit card, or a few hundred dollars set aside to begin with if all this sounds like something you'd like to do right?", then just hang up =). good luck, and I really hope you do find something that satisfies you, even if it doesn't pay ALL the bills. Take care!
