Does EyeEarn really pays?

I have seen EyeEarn.com in many PTC sites. I'm kind of interested to join this site so anybody here is a member of EyeEarn or anyone who knows this site please share your insights, advice or tips about this site. Thanks in advance.

$20 postage?? I didn't pay that, but perhaps International rates are different.
